which offer excellent modern facilities including schools / medical / shopping
and all sporting & leisure activities. Hamilton is 30 mins and Mt. Gambier 50

Our farm is a well-established pasture and TMR farming operation consists of
over 2,000 acres. 1,100 acres of which currently milks around 650 cows.

**CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS**

Cefn Pty Ltd is a leader in Australia’s pig industry being involved in both
genetic development and commercial pig production. All farms are situated
within 40kms of Clifton on the Darling Downs.

We are seeking to employ full time Senior Stockpersons. Applicants must be
able to demonstrate at least three years of recent and relevant work
experience and possess at least an AQF Certificate III in Agriculture (Pig
Production) or equivalent qualifications OR have at least five years’ recent
and relevant work experience. Work experience must relate to medium to large
size commercial piggery operations.

Applicants must have a commitment to performance, be proactive, honest,
reliable and take responsibility for their actions. Applicants are required to
have strong working knowledge of commercial pig production systems including
current animal husbandry practices, sound data collection and recording

Cefn Pty Ltd is a leader in Australia’s pig industry being involved in both
genetic development and commercial pig production. All farms are situated
within 40kms of Clifton on the Darling Downs.

We are seeking to employ full time Senior Stockpersons. Applicants must be
able to demonstrate at least three years of recent and relevant work
experience and possess at least an AQF Certificate III in Agriculture (Pig
Production) or equivalent qualifications OR have at least five years’ recent
and relevant work experience. Work experience must relate to medium to large
size commercial piggery operations.

Applicants must have a commitment to performance, be proactive, honest,
reliable and take responsibility for their actions. Applicants are required to
have strong working knowledge of commercial pig production systems including
current animal husbandry practices, sound data collection and recording
skills, knowledge of quality assurance and WHS programs and the ability to
manage and supervise these systems on a daily basis.

**Duties:**

* Distributing food to pigs
* Observing animals for signs of illness and giving medication when necessary
* Performing facility maintenance
* Checking for proper ventilation and temperature conditions

Base salary will be between $54 000 and $60 000 which includes guaranteed
overtime and rostered weekend work. Salary can be negotiated depending on
skills and experience in accordance with our Collective Agreement.

**_The Purpose of this Role_**

The purpose of this role is to perform general labouring from planting,
picking and maintaining crop fields, basic cleaning, sorting, packing and
grading of vegetables as well as performing a range of housekeeping tasks in
premises and on grounds.

Your daily activity will require lots of walking, lifting, bending, stooping
and working in and out of premises and on grounds either in open field
environment or in chilled or refrigerated environment.

Fruit Master Farm Operations Pty Ltd are a national table grape producer and
marketer. Our facility in Robinvale VIC 3549 requires a full time, qualified
Section Supervisor. The applicant will be responsible for overseeing the
irrigation, planting and harvesting of certain farms in our business.

Salary is $55,000 per annum plus super.

The applicant should have at least a relevant Certificate 4 as well as 1 year
of experience (at least 20 hours per week) in a supervisor role, preferably at
a primary producer. The applicant must be committed to working in regional
Victoria.

The applicant will be responsible for the following tasks:

Ensure that crop treatments are carried out as per established procedures and
operators are trained to discharge their respective duties

* Liaise with Agronomist / Agricultural Technician / Farm Operation Manager regarding crop treatments
* Liaise with maintenance division regarding maintenance of plant and equipment
* Ensure all methods of crop treatments are done as per standard procedures. Pre-plant, fertiliser application, broadcasting of fertilizer and boom spraying of chemicals
* Ensure the weather conditions are suitable to perform the required task to achieve the best efficacy
* Liaise with Agronomist regarding scheduling of all crop water requirements
* Monitor operations in garden growing to ensure work quality
* Manage stock of fertilisers and chemicals
