We are currently looking for 70 energetic and enthusiastic workers who will be involved in the picking packing and or stacking of our citrus and fig products. Each employee will be assigned to one or more of the following roles;
Sorting or Packing all types of citrus products in accordance with specifications set out
Picking citrus (paid by piece rate)
Stacking all types of citrus for either domestic or export markets
Picking figs
Pruning our citrus trees
Packing figs in accordance with the specifications set out
Working on the citrus pre pack line
General farm hand work
The role is full time
Located in Gol Gol NSW and/or Monduran QLD and/or Renmark SA – the location will vary depending on seasonality

ICOMPLY Horticultural Compliance Specialists Pty. Ltd. is currently looking for berry runner pickers and packers for labour hire in the Stanthorpe area.
Complying with the Horticulture Award 2020, workers will pick and/or pack berry plants to a standard advised by the farm management. Some crop maintenance may also be required.
Berry plant picking is physically demanding work. Picking is conducted in a bent over or kneeling stance for long periods. Lifting of full trays can be to an overhead position at times. Employees must be physically fit, able to work in a variety of weather conditions, and be capable of performing repetitive tasks. This may include carrying of weight up to 25kgs for long distances over uneven terrain, climbing of ladders, bending and squatting for long periods of time throughout the heat or cold of the day
Expected to begin in mid October 2022, and work is expected to last 4 months.
Selection criteria for workers:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Flexible with working days and be available 6-7 days per week if required. Regular weekend work may also be required including Sundays.
Available for early morning starts with possible added hours of work required if necessary.
