Applicants living outside of Drinan must demonstrate a commitment to relocating if required for the duration of the employments for the 4 years period.
Successful candidates will be offered employment on a full-time basis under the Horticulture Award 2020 level 1, $26.73 and piece rate. Work will be paid at hourly rate and workers will be provided with a minimum average of 38 hours per week, which may include some weekend work. A standard working day will consist of approximately 8 to 10 hours, including breaks. A day shift workers will be required to start work between 5.00am to 6.00am. Whilst for night shift workers, you will be required to start work between 12.00am to 1.00am. Varying early starts may apply depending on crops/products readiness and management requirements. You will need to be available for possible extra hours of work to ensure all crops are harvest as required by management.
