The Role

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager for
our restaurant in Top Ryde who will be responsible for the leadership of our
teams. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the
restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of
employees.

In addition, you will oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies,
optimise profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining
experience.
