We are recruiting for experienced General Farm Hands, experienced in vegetable
picking, sorting, packing and grading of produce, who are great at multi-
tasking with excellent teamwork skills and an upbeat attitude.

Our client was established in 1963, and is a family owned and operated market
garden, specialising in the production of celery, leek and baby leaf, our
produce is supplied throughout Australia, the Middle East and S.E. Asia.

As part of our recruitment process, you must agree to undertake employment
background checks. These checks may include working rights check within
Australia, medical assessment (including a drug and alcohol test), National
Police History Check, Working with Children/Vulnerable Groups Check.

Successful applicants will receive 1-2 weeks training and a full-time up to 60
hours a week, six-month fixed term contract with possible ongoing permanent
placement. Once training is completed, hours will be; Monday – Friday 3:00 pm

The Kamayan Café is currently seeking a Café Barista to join our team. This is
a permanent full-time position. Annual salary is $48,510 + superannuation.
Additionally, we provide accommodation.

We are looking for a candidate who has the following:

* Must have minimum 2 years experience as barista in café doing 30-40kgs coffee weekly
* Must have formal barista training
* Exceptional late art skills
* Great customer service skills
* Has a can do/positive attitude
* Can work well in a culturally diverse workplace
* Honest and reliable
* Hospitality Experience
* Produce and serve good quality coffees and beverages
* collecting payment for sales and operating cash registers

We are a very fast paced and busy little café with a large customer base – so
if you have exceptional customer service skills, are a team player and have
experience in the hospitality industry we want to hear from you! This role is
perfect for someone who is available during school hours, Monday to Friday.

* Full Time Position 40 hours per week. (Monday – Friday ( Some Saturdays)
* 7am – 2pm)
* Above award wages
* ASAP start
* Accommodation provided (small weekly boarding fee for electricity and water)
* Opportunities for upskilling. We provide nationally recognised hospitality training courses provided (inc. OH&S, food prep, barista courses for the right candidate)
