Successful candidates will be offered employment on a full-time basis under the Horticulture Award 2020 level 1, $21.38 and Wine Industry Award 2020 grade 1 $21.68. Work will be paid at an hourly rate and workers will be provided with a minimum average of 30 hours per week, which may include some weekend work. A standard working day will consist of approximately10 hours including breaks. Candidates will be required to start work between 6.00am and 7.00am. Varying early starts may apply (between 5.00am to 6.00am) depending on crops/products readiness and management requirements. You will need to be available for possible extra hours of work to ensure all crops matter are attended/harvested as required. Work is expected to commence on or around Mid-July and will extend up to 4 years.
