如何申请澳洲WHV二签，还有开脑洞的高级玩法~

我们先来回顾一下很久以前移民局的预告：

政策实施之后，持有462打工度假签证的人在澳洲在特定地区，从事特定工作3个月（88天）以上，特定地区是指：北领地全境、西澳和昆士兰州南回归线以北的地方。特定工作是指：农业、旅游业和餐饮服务行业。申请二签要交新的申请费。二签相当于全新的签证，之前的工作时间记录不会被累计。二签之后，你还可以在曾经工作的地方继续工作最长六个月。

所谓的澳大利亚北部，是指哪些地区？

• 北领地全境
• 昆士兰州南回归线以北地区：4699 to 4707，4709 to 4712，4717，4720 to 4721，4723 to 4728，4730，4732 to 4733，4735，4737 to 4746，4750 to 4751，4753 to 4754，4756 to 4757，4798 to 4800，4801 to 4812，4814 to 4825，4828 to 4830，4849 to 4850，4852，4854 to 4856，4858 to 4861，4865，4868 to 4888，4890 to 4892，4895
• 西澳大利亚州南回归线以北地区：0872，6642, 6646, 6701, 6705, 6707，6710 to 6714，6716，6718，6720 to 6722，6725 to 6726，6728, 6740, 6743, 6751，6753 to 6754，6758, 6760, 6762, 6765, 6770

 

2016年10月27日，新政终于发布，并做了公告。

可以看到，新的政策将于11月20日正式生效。

在此我们把政策更新的关键地方贴出来，和之前预告的几乎一样。

If the applicant is, or has previously been, in Australia as the holder of a Subclass 462 (Work and Holiday) visa:
(i) the applicant may be in or outside Australia, but not in immigration clearance; and
(ii) the application must be accompanied by a declaration by the applicant that he or she has carried out specified Subclass 462 work for a total period of at least 3 months as the holder of that visa; and
(iii) the applicant must not have held more than one Subclass 462 (Work and Holiday) visa in Australia before making the application; and
(iv) if the applicant is in Australia, the applicant must hold a substantive visa or have held a substantive visa at any time in the period of 28 days immediately before making the application.

如果申请人是或者曾经是462签证拥有者，申请时需要符合：
申请人在澳洲或者在国外，都可以申请二签，不能已有正在办理的入境手续。
必须有做了满足462续签要求的工作3个月以上。
不能拿过1次以上的462签证（只能续签一次的意思）。
如果申请人在澳大利亚，在申请二签之前，申请的时候申请人必须拥有至少还有28天有效期的实质性签证，

If the applicant is, or has previously been, in Australia as the holder of a Subclass 462 (Work and Holiday) visa, the Minister is satisfied that:
(a) the applicant has, after 18 November 2016, carried out a period or periods of specified Subclass 462 work as the holder of the visa; and
(b) the total period of the work carried out is at least 3 months; and
(c) the applicant has been remunerated for the work in accordance with relevant Australian legislation and awards.

如果曾经是462签证的拥有者，申请462时需要符合：
在2016年11月18日之后，作为462签证拥有者完成了规定工作规定时长。
总的工作时长超过3个月。
根据澳洲规定获取过工作的工资。

If the applicant is in Australia at the time of grant and held a Subclass 462 (Work and Holiday) visa (the old visa) at the time of application—temporary visa permitting the holder to travel to, enter and remain in Australia until 12 months after the date that the old visa would have otherwise ceased to be in effect.

如果申请人被批准二签的时候，在澳洲并且手头就有462签证，那么二签的开始日期是第一个WHV签证入境的时间的12个月后，二签结束日期是第一个WHV签证入境的时间的24个月后。
总之就是：无论你是在哪个时间申请的二签，你都能足足待满12+12=24个月。

以上就是暂时能获取的全部二签相关信息，border.gov.au网站暂时还没有更新细则。相信在11月中下旬，就会有更新的。

 高级玩法

1、怎么申请二签

台湾417签证的二签为网申，462签证暂时未知，但鉴于可澳洲国内外都能申请，很有可能也是网申，仅作参考，大致过程如下：
需要材料：二签表格、薪资单、雇主证明信、税单、雇佣证明（合同）工资流水（银行对账单）等。
到网上注册账号填申请表，网上再付一次申请费，
有12个月内的体检HAP ID的可以直接上传，没有的要重新体检。
上传工作证明材料，上传二签表格。等下签。

建议大家，如果有二签的打算，先集二签，然后再浪。

2、多份工作凑满3个月

台湾417签证的经验为：可以做多份工作凑满3个月。
462签证的具体条文也只是总工作时长于三个月，对几份工作没有要求，所以应该是可以的。

3、连着干一份工作1年

在特定的条件下可以：从第一个WHV签证的第7个月开始工作，第一个WHV签证结束的时候，二签生效，工作时长限制刷新，你又可以在原雇主那里再工作6个月。加起来，就是整整1年。

4、回国了之后，隔几年再申请二签

如果你在澳洲境内申请二签，二签会紧接着你的第一次WHV生效，不能推迟，12个月+12个月的有效期。
但如果你集齐了二签的资格，但还没有申请，就回国了，就比较有意思了。只要你满足申请二签的资格+申请WHV签证的资格要求，你随时可以申请二签。
比如你第一年WHV结束，然后回国了。你可以隔个五六年再申请，只要你申请二签的时候，WHV时北澳三个月以上的工作证明还在，年龄还没有超限，雅思再去考一次，就OK啦。而且不用再抢名额。如果你不在澳洲境内，462签证的生效方法就如同你的一次拿到签证一样（下签后一年内出发，从入境开始算可以待一年）。目前417签证的是可以这么做的，如果462也可以的话…是不是很酷~

注意：以上是根据湾湾们的417类型打工度假签证经验，结合目前已知最新的462签证规则，总结的一些高级玩法。当然，最终是否可行还是要看之后的细则是否赏脸，请大家根据最新的规则灵活判断。

二签是指在打工度假期间完成特定地区工作三个月的要求，即可续签1年。如果你是第一次申请打工度假签证，那么这个二签跟你是没什么关系的，不用担心什么二签会占5000个名额之类的。按照我们攻略干货的申请流程做就行了。

目前没有任何二签名额个数限制的资料，只要你拿到WHV，符合二签申请资格，统统可以申请。

如果在澳洲境内，那申请二签期间必须都在澳洲。如果在澳洲境外，那么申请二签期间必须都不在澳洲

Second Work and Holiday visa applicants – Additional requirements

In addition to the above requirements you must:

• have complied with all the conditions on your first Work and Holiday visa
• have not previously held more than one Work and Holiday visa
• have completed three months of specified subclass 462 work in northern Australia while on your first Work and Holiday visa

If you are already in Australia and want to extend your stay, you need to apply for a second Work and Holiday visa before your current visa expires and before you have turned 31 years of age.

好吧，这个二签的消息也不是一两天了，相信大家都已经了解的差不多了。在这里我们只说明几点，抛砖引玉。

• have functional English

Second Work and Holiday visa applicants – Additional requirements

关于入境时间。

• If you are already in Australia on a Work and Holiday visa and have been granted a second Work and Holiday visa, you can:
  • stay in Australia for up to 24 months from the date you entered Australia on your first Work and Holiday visa
  • leave and re-enter Australia any number of times while the visa is valid.
• If you are in Australia but did not hold a current Work and Holiday visa when you made your second Work and Holiday visa application, you can:
  • stay in Australia for 12 months from the date your second Work and Holiday visa is granted.
  • leave and re-enter Australia any number of times while the visa is valid.
• If you were outside Australia when you made your second Work and Holiday visa application, you can:
  • travel to Australia at any time in the 12 months from the date your second Work and Holiday visa is granted (this cannot be extended or deferred)
  • stay in Australia for 12 months from the date you first enter Australia on your second Work and Holiday visa
  • leave and re-enter Australia any number of times while the visa is valid.
• 如果你的首次WHV还没过期，在澳洲境内申请二签，二签会紧接着你的第一次WHV生效，不能推迟，首次12个月+二签12个月的有效期。
• 如果你的首次WHV已经结束，在澳洲境内申请二签，二签会在二签下签当日开始生效，12个月的有效期。

上次的文章，推测是成立的。462的二签没有说明申请时限。
如果你集齐了二签的资格，但还没有申请，就回国了，就比较有意思了。只要你满足申请二签的资格+申请WHV签证的资格要求，你随时可以申请二签。
比如你第一年WHV结束，然后回国了。你可以隔个五六年再申请，只要你申请二签的时候，WHV时北澳三个月以上的工作证明还在，年龄还没有超限，雅思再去考一次（雅思都不用重考有木有~~），去做个体检，搞个存款证明，OK啦。而且不用再抢名额，直接走澳洲的移民局网上申请即可。如果你不在澳洲境内，462签证的生效方法就如同你的一次拿到签证一样（下签后一年内出发，从入境开始算可以待一年）。

这个系统没有给我第五页，直接跳到了第六页。推测可能跟填的地点有关

收据写谁

加入雇主信息。

每次添加的雇主信息大概长这样

工作期间的所有payslip，1464雇主确认表格，存款证明，护照扫描件，护照

雇主信息那一项，Legal registered name公司的注册名，Trading name就是交易名。具体可以问雇主。

雇主联系方式什么的，在让雇主填的verification form就有。

工作地址如果和公司的地址不一样的话，都要填完，有的公司很大，到处都有份部。

工作的情况，是直接对公司的，还是通过中介的，哪个行业，工作的起止日期，总的工时和天数，计件还是时薪之类的，不在话下了。

住在哪，住宿的情况等都要写。

13.接着是健康状况。

14.是否有违法记录情况什么的。

15.打工度假的声明。

16.个人声明。

17.接着是一个预览，有填错的可以修改。

18.然后是document attachments，这里就要用到事先准备好的申请资料了。

Travel document 护照首页扫描件。建议转成PDF格式。

Photograph –passport 45x35mm的照片

Sufficient funds 资金证明，五千刀或者相当于五千刀的人民币，加上机票的钱，一签的时候提供三万五的存款证明也下签了，银行开个证明就可以，和一签一样的。

Specified work 工作的证明，包括所有的payslip，payment summaries（这个一般半年才能出一次，如果还没到出summaries的时候，向雇主要也要不到的），退税的证明（这个我没有提供），工作的合同等等（这些我也没有备份），1464表（要雇主给填写好并签名的）1464表可以到官网去下载。

附上attachment的时候，先点附件类型，然后点浏览，一次只能传一个，传完附件然后点add attachment，然后在下方点confirm.

19.附件弄好之后点下一步，就到付款了。440刀。支持PayPal.这时候发现还需要完善资料的话（通常强迫症会有这种需要），还可以点取消。再进入账户去点现有的申请，就可以修改资料。付款之后就不能修改了。

20.然后就是等待体检通知了。
